Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. PST, excluding holidays). You will receive your tracking number in a confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped. You can track the status of your order at any time by logging into your account here.
Domestic Shipments
UPS Ground
All domestic UPS shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment. This applies only to the continental US, and excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US territories.
Expedited Shipping (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air)
Transit time is calculated from the time of shipment excluding Saturday and Sunday (UPS does not ship on weekends).
USPS Priority Mail
All domestic USPS Priority Mail shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 3-5 business days of shipment. This applies to only the continental US, and excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US territories.
