We will help you with dealing with any warranty issues you have with manufacturers of the vaporizers we stock. We accept back any item that is in it's original unopened packaging within 14 days of your receipt of the shipment. We will provide a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. Outside this period we don't accept any returns for any reason. All Sales are Final.

All warranty returns or exchanges must have a RMA number associated with it or it will not be accepted at our warehouse and returned back to you. To obtain an RMA, please contact us at: (626) 228-7735 Monday - Friday, 8-6 pm PST. However if you receive your unit damaged or nonfunctioning we will gladly replace the unit for you. All Warranty claims will be facilitated by Vaporizeronline.com, please Contact Us within your warranty period and we will get your back up and running. Although we have no control over the shipping quality of our carriers (ie UPS and USPS), if you experience any damages as a result of our carrier’s shipping processes, simply contact us and we’ll work on your behalf to make things right. This service comes at no additional cost to you. If you experience any shipping damage, we will promptly contact our shipping carriers and ship you out a brand new item, free of charge.

At Vaporizer Online, we believe every one of our customers is entitled to a working product. We want our customers to be satisfied with what they purchased, and as such, we’ll assume any responsibility for any and all defective items purchased from us. Simply contact us and let us know your item is defective and we’ll promptly resolve the issue.
